I am so passionate about the power of meditation as a healing modality. Many of our struggles in life come from our habitual thinking patterns that often get trapped in the past or the future. Meditation guides us back to the here and now, to the present moment. From this place we can open ourselves up to our infinite source of potential.

Utilising meditation as a form of medicine for your mind does not mean that this practice is a ‘cure’ for mental health concerns, rather I’d like you to see this practice as another method to add to your toolkit for looking after (and getting the most out of) your mind. Therapy, journalling, shadow work, medication (plant-based or otherwise), talking, reading, learning — there are so many tools out there, it’s just about finding what works for you, and that changes over time, just as your needs and circumstances change too.
