mind medicine online course
meditation and the art of ritual
Hello my friend!
I imagine you have landed here because you are seeking some guidance on stilling your mind, or maybe you are hoping to invite more ritual and dedicated self-care into your daily life. Well you’re in the right place! This course is designed to provide you with the tools and support you need to establish a daily meditation practice. We will nurture this practice from the ground up, each week building on the one before, and our weekly sessions together will not only provide some accountability, but also help you to understand how the tools we use work, on a physiological level, and offer you the space to ask questions and form connections with others. Think of these sessions as group coaching calls where you’ll be able to receive guidance tailored to you.
what you will receive:
-Unlimited access to 8 guided meditations; released over the duration of the course.
-Weekly calls introducing and explaining each theme, including a meditation practice and share circle (on Sundays, 10am).
-Access to weekly morning ritual practice to help you put your meditation skills into practice (Wednesdays, 8am)
-Access to video content to help you set your dedicated space.
-An optional 30 minute 1:1 coaching call with me.
how do I know this is for me?
This course is for you if:
-you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, unable to be at ease with your thoughts, get easily overwhelmed, or just generally feeling ‘stuck’ or uninspired
-you’ve tried meditation apps but they are no longer working for you
-you struggle to keep up a daily meditation practice, or you have yet to establish one
-you want to explore different meditation styles
more on what you can expect: over just five weeks you will…
-Create a dedicated space for your own meditation practice.
-Get comfortable with sitting for longer periods of time (we will build up this slowly).
-Learn a variety of meditation techniques; both in theory and practice, including the mindfulness method, mantra, and tools for focussing your attention.
-Begin to incorporate different tools and resources into your practice, such as journalling and pranayama (breathwork) techniques.
-Build connections with a community of like-minded individuals, and have the chance to share your experience and receive personal guidance and support from myself and the group.
-Establish your own daily personal meditation practice that will hopefully continue after the course finishes!
-Start your journey towards elevating your practice, beyond observation of the mind, towards actively changing your state of consciousness.

Why I created this course:
In short: because I wish I’d had something like this! I know from my own experience how challenging it can be to keep up a regular personal practice; I’ve fallen on and off the meditation bandwagon several times over the last 7 or 8 years, often turning to this practice (usually with the guidance of meditation apps) when I felt myself getting overwhelmed or anxious, then neglecting it again when I felt better or when I was ‘too busy' with other things. It served somewhat as a quick fix, but it didn’t make any lasting impact on my life, UNTIL...
I discovered that the only way to really reap the benefits of this practice is through consistency — making meditation a non-negotiable. Just like drinking water to stay hydrated, brushing your teeth to look after your mouth, and eating to look nourish your body, you can think of meditation as a form of medicine for your mind.
In this way, meditation can work as a preventative tool for the stresses of life, helping you understand how your mind tends to work and how to shift your mindset, catching habitual thought patterns before they spiral out of control and start to have an effect on your nervous system and body. I’ve experienced this change myself, and those around me have also noticed how much more at ease I am with riding the waves of life.
